Multiple visits could not fix my problem. I was told to spend 500 dollars on product upgrades and still no fix. Good luck trying to get a hold of a leader or manager on the phone. Made several attempts asking for a manager of geek squad or best buy ...put on hold for up to 45 minutes then get disconnected. Looks like they are sacrificing quality service for the fast buck.  Do yourself a favor look for an independent with references on the many classifieds on the net before you waste your time and money with geek squad or best buy. I filled out there customer survey a good while ago in which they asked if I would like to be contacted for resolution. Yep you guessed it... No call back

I know one thing for sure. BestBuy is well aware that there is a percentage of customers that will never be satisfied, so it is advantageous to them to not have those as customers.

I mean if you had your own business..would you want to keep those customers who were impossible to satisfy?

If you want any resolution, recourse or revenge..whatever it is you are looking for by lodging a report here, it would be appropriate and suggested to post the specifics and details of the issue/problem. Then others can advise a possible course of action..or conclude the problem is simply that you are insatiable.

If I thought you were impossible to satisfy, I would leave you on hold until the apocalypse. But if you are coherently and reasonably able to explain your case, then certainly myself and others would do whatever possible to rectify the situation.
