Bought an image class Laser printer, scanner, fax machine made by this company in 2004/05 for $500l. Now will not work with Windows Vista and company will not provide updating drivers to make work as it does with virtually all of its other printers. Offers nothing but a $20 discount on a new printer. Wholly unsatisfactory when printer should be usable for its anticipated useful life. Would not recommend buying printers from this company.
