CyberPower Failure to honor warranty, ignored emails and attempts to contact them ripoff Baldwin Park California

Purchased a laptop from them approx one year ago. First, they had the laptop on backorder because they were waiting for the case (was not an upgraded case btw) before they could assemble and ship the laptop. Then, after a few weeks of use one memory stick went bad, however, they did ship a replacement at no cost to me. Now, several months later, the case is cracked at the hinges. HUGE cracks! Just from opening the thing! The case was always VERY difficult to open since day one. It took two hands AND a third at times just to hold it down while trying to open the cover.

I have contacted them by email, they replied with "Cosmetic damage is not covered". I countered: It is not cosmetic, it is a manufacturing defect due to the cover assembly being TOO TIGHT! They have not gotten back. They have ignored all the rest of my emails. My advice, shop some where else. They like to think EVERYTHING is cosmetic!
