CyberDefender MyCleanPC.com 10 Hours Work With 4 Technicians Resulted in NO Fix and Removal of Internet Security - They Refused To Refund $249.96 Los Angeles, California

My computer was infected with several viruses and Blue Screens. CyberDefender aka MyCleanPC.com spent 10 hours with 4 technicians and could not solve the problem. They also removed the internet security software without my permission and could not retrieve it when I requested that it be put back on. They charged $249.96 for one-year service and refused to refund it when I told them that they did nothing to fix the problem. They said that they had to charge me $179.95 for their technical service. I disputed the fact that they did not fix it. 

The technicans would spend a few minutes controlling the computer and then said that they had to call me back in 5 minutes. One and one-half hours later, I called them after two attempts to contact them and they acted as if they did not know me. This happened on three occasions during the day.

In the end, I took the computer to the GEEK Squad which is what I should have done in the first place. It cost another $200 to fix the computer, but at least now I can use it. 

I would not recommend CyberDefender aka MyCleanPC.com to repair your computer.
