Dell Computer Corporation I bought a Dell Vista XP complete with printer,copier,scanner and fax built in. the fax does not work although I have had computer for a while it is still in ment condition and I wanted it for a home business. everthing works good but the fax and I cannot get any help in trying to programing the computer for faxing it just doesnot work and I have numerious times but I do not get the help I need. I have tried to contact Dell tecinical support for help to no satisfaction. tecinical support just referring me back and forth from one tecinician to another, they want to go to their web site which I have done after staying on the line for three hours trying to get the matter resolved I was informed that I should pay for the tecinical help because I waited to long I did inform the tecinician that I never used the fax but I was informed their wqas not anything else I needed to do well at the point now that I need to fax and the printer already has the built in fax but I am unable to use the fax this was my goal upon purchasing the computer that I would have my own business and I went to school to learn how to use the computer but know Dell tecinician says I have to buy another printer because they can not help me to solve my problem. It should not matter how long I have had the computer I am only asking why the fax doesnot work. Iam the only person who uses this computer at home.
