Dell Computer Corporation Lost my laptop Round Rock Texas

I sent my laptop to Dell-Memphis to be repaired. Dell-Memphis sent the laptop to my old address. I gave Dell my new address. I have to wait days to hear from any of my Indian tech support people.

Meanwhile Fedex delivers my package to my old address and lets someone other than me sign for it. They have my laptop. It has been over a month.

Dell has been taking its time addressing this. I keep getting told, you'll be getting a call from us in 2-3 business days. Now, I'm supposed to be receiving my laptop in 3-5 business days.

I've been told there are college guys living in my apt. Like they are going to give a free, new media edition 17" screen laptop back.

This has taken over a month and has cost me work. Fedex reps laughed that Dell has to pay for the computer. I asked why they let someone else sign for my package, well apparently anyone at the destination can sign for it.
