i had a problem with my computer. they told me to fix it over the phone while they told me what to do. i told them it was going to break further and they said they would be responsible if anything broke. after sending it in they held it hostage and would not repair or send it back until i said i would pay for it. when i called to complain, multiple time, tehy just transfered me from person to person.
