I HAD TWO DEFECTIVE ESP3 PRINTERS. I RETURNED THE FIRST ONE VIA UPS AND KODAK SHIPPED ANOTHER ONE. IT WAS DEFECTIVE, I RETURNED IT ALSO VIA UPS. KODAK SAID THEY HAD'NT RECEIVED IT. ASK ME FOR THERE UPS TRACKING NUMERS. I DIDNT HAVE IT, I SENT IT BACK WITH THE SHIPMENT. I CALLED UPS FOR IT. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT, I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN IT DOWN. KODAK ALSO LIED TO UPS AND SAID THEY HAD GIVEN IT TO ME. A SICKENING UPS SUPV. SAID SHE COULD'NT HELP ME. I WILL BE CHARGED FOR A NEW PRINTER IF UPS CAN'T FIND THE PRINTER.
