i bought computer in may 2010 and  now my computer is not work propaly i call hp help support 10 times and they dont have solution they told me you need new mother bord and they said you have to paid for shipping i said i don't want to paid for shipping because my computer is in under warranty why i have to paid for shopping. i told them if you have repair center i can bring to them. and they don't have repair center. and they said we can do notting.

so where i have to go? and how about my money ?

Maybe they cannot understand you.

Go back to the third grade, learn some basic English grammar, and try again.

I have all HP Equipment. I needed repair under warranty last year. I called, they sent a shipping box to me, pre-paid. I inserted my computer and sent it to HP as instructed. 2 weeks later, I had my computer back, fixed, zero cost.

So what's the problem?
