Got the name of this company from a friend. Called and a huge guy named Jason came over. Very rude and arrogant, also had not bathed in serveral days (smelled). He spent almost 2 hours here at my house, didn't fix anything (he wanted to take the computer with him...NO THANK YOU!!!). He even had the nerve to smoke A FRICKING PIPE without my permission. I was in the living room, thought I smelled smoke...went into the bedroom...and this sweating fat slob is smoking a pipe in my house!! This guy wanted payment before he left, but I told him to leave a bill...I WON'T BE PAYING IT!! At least I didn't loose any money. But others beware!!

This guy's appearance, behavior and lack of services completed clearly makes him a loser. There is no excuse for smoking in someone else's home without permission. But this report has nothing to do with Best Buy, Geek Squad or Think Geek. Why did you list those companies in the title to your report?
