I bought a Kodak ESP3 printer July 2009 from Walmart

I bought an RPL 1 year replacement plan from Walmart on the same day.

Kodak tech support said my printer is defective. I did all tests as they dictated over the telephone.

They said I have a 1 year manufacturer warranty but will not accept it for replacement or repair.

Walmart said I must wait until July 17, 2010 to use my replacement plan I purchased from them before they will do anything about it.  And they told me to call Kodak.

Your report is unclear.  When you say "They said I have a 1 year manufacturer warranty but will not accept it for replacement or repair", I assume you are speaking of Walmart.

This is correct.  Any additional coverage purchased at Walmart kicks in after the munufacture's warranty.  Either send it back to Kodak for repair or wait until July. 

You have no justifiable complaint here.

I did get through to Kodak and they gave me a new upgraded printer.
