I thought I was contacting HP but somehow this company got information and mailed me a return box. I didn't find that unusual because HP did send me a return box to return a printer to them. After your computer is shipped to them for diagnostic repair if you do not chose to let them repair it will still cost you 125.00 for shipping charges. We agreed to repair which was close to 600.00. Our HP was just out of warranty and had only been used on trips. It would not turn on.

They claimed it needed a mother board. They had to order the part that was the end of March. We contacted them several times and each time they told us the part was orderd and it shouldn't be much longer. We got suspicious when their phone had a message that they were upgrading their service. If you look at their website elaptoprepair.com or laptopready.com you will see the message that due to high call volume please email. They do not reply to email. I started looking up different websites and complaints about this company and I can't believe that they are still in business and are not in jail. They take money for repairs and then do not return the computers. They also seem to claim the same issue. MOTHERBOARD is bad. I thought I was talking to HP because they have HP on their paperwork that comes with the box. I still do not know how this company got my name because I only emailed HP. I am not going to chalk it up to experience. I am going to do everything I can to warn others and take legal action against this company. The longwood FL police under the criminal investigation has an area to send a complaint. Also the BBB of Orlando has over 90 complaints on them. You can also send a message to the FTC online. I wish I would have been more aware and just taken it to a local computer repair because at least I could walk in and check on the status. Look at all the complaints on this website and others. There has to be a reason they changed their company name and also their phone number.
