STOP, do not use Elaptopready, I sent them 2 psp to repair, they charged me $200.00 stating that they both need new motherboards, I sent in my payment back on February 26, 2008, I have yet to receive my merchandise or my money, I have sent them email after email, I have called their customer service line over and over, and it doesn't work, they even went so far as to send me an electronic tracking number that I check everyday, and NOTHING! Please find you a local company to repair your merchandise
