Nations First Office Repair, Nation's First, "Office Repairs Fast" Las Vegas Nevada

These people told me $195 to fix my laptop originally (motherboard was not fixable; completely burnt out??). I told them the laptop wasn't even worth that much and then they all of a sudden came back with around a 65% discount to $85 (saying they could all of a sudden fix the "unfix able" motherboard with replacement parts). I first told them I don't know about it but then I told them to go ahead and fix it. They called me around 10 minutes later saying it was fixed. I've taken a laptop apart and that takes some time even for a pro, so I don't believe they could have fixed these problems in such a short amount of time. On Tuesday (8/4/09), I received my laptop with it doing the exact same thing it was doing when I sent it to them. Nothing changed. All they did was put a new panel on for the screen hinge covers. I could have got that on ebay for less than $20. I'm furious because this Ron guy is now saying in order to receive a full refund, I have to send my laptop back to them. Basically so they can keep it. I feel like I'm being punished because I trusted a business. In all I've put about $250 in this laptop. Paid $100 for it, $30 on their ebay ad, $25 on shipping it to them and $91 for them supposedly fixing it. $146 on their horrible service. I completely wasted my time (my cell minutes) and my money messing with them. After reading past customer reviews on the internet and on ebay, I regret even thinking about using their service. Past customers complain about them misplacing laptops, overcharging for work, their horrible customer service and charging for "free laptop diagnostics" Go to google and check for yourself. They run under "National First office repair fast" out of Las Vegas.
