PC Mania Purchased computer parts that never worked! Norwood, Massachusetts

Details of Dispute: Ordered system board from PC Mania on 10/24/11. Received system board and connected it to make sure it worked properly. The system board worked for about 1 minute, after that I was unable to turn it on. I contacted PC Mania explained the situation and they instructed me to return the board. I received the system board back and I powered the
system board up and it worked fine for approximately 5 minutes then failed, same as before. I have been working with PC Mania to resolve this issue, since I received a non-working item. I have sent my Laptop back to PC Mania for  repair per their request on 12/09/11. PC Mania was to repair my Laptop and return it in full working order no charge. I finally received the Laptop back on 1/19/12. The Laptop had missing parts, was not assembled correctly and all functions were not operational. I called PC Mania on
1/20/12 and informed them of the problems with the Laptop. PC Mania requested I return the Laptop for repair. I requested a refund, and then PC Mania insisted on return for repair again and that PC Mania would pay for shipping. I have been waiting since October 21, 2011 for a working computer. I have sent PC Mania the parts 4 times and 4 times I have received a non-working product. I have no faith that if I did send it back they would return my Laptop in proper working order I paid for a service and have been waiting 3 months and have not received this service.
