Prism Pointe Technologies doesn't pay their partners! Fairburn Georgia

I've done several jobs for Prism Pointe over the past year. I did two jobs last summer that I was never paid for, even after invoicing them. I called periodically to check on the payment, but was never contacted after leaving voicemail.

Several months ago, I was contacted by Mary Crowe to perform additional work. I expressed my displeasure on not getting paid for previous jobs. She assured me that I would get paid this time, since they have a new portal in which to upload invoices and documents.

I've left several phone messages with PPT Accounts Payable, but no one ever returns my phone calls. I've sent several email messages with the receipt feature enabled, so I know that Mary has received my messages. When I've called to ask her about payment, she has stated that she's passed my messages up to accounts payable, and that the matter is out of her hands.

After reading other complaints against PPT, I'd like to join in on a class action suit against them. They owe me close to $500; I've already paid my employees out of my own pocket for work performed. I'll be contacting the BBB next, although I'm not sure that will do much to get my money.
