When you buy in this shop like I did, this is how he is deceiving the public...

He advertised Dell laptops $50. I went into the shop and said I would like a basic running computer that he is advertising. I then asked what OS system it has, and he said they don't come with any. I said ok, does it have high speed internet, and he said yeah it has just the basic operating system. It had a DVD rewriter that I could see. And said I'm interested in one for my daughter. He said to come back in 20 minuets so he can put one together. I came back an hour later, and he said he didn't work on it, because I had to pre pay the $50. So I payed it and he told me to give him another 20 minuets to get it ready. Again I came back in an hour, and I just got in the door at the front of the store, and he came to me with it in his hands, as if he was watching for me. He handed it to me, and I said, where is the power pack to see how it worked, and he said he didn't have any for it, and told me to go to the Pheonix computer repair store to see if they had any used chargers. I took it to them and they matched it with a charger, and tried to boot it up, and it would not even turn on. They looked at it for awhile and then told me I should take it back and get my money, because there was nothing in the unit to run. No processor, no hard drive, and no memory was in the unit, and that it was just an expensive doorstop. I had returned to the Pro RC shop and told him I wanted my $50 back, and he says that there is a no return policy which is posted way above the counter amongst many other advertisements that is not easy to see. And I told him it wont even turn on, and he said bullshit, and he said to bring in the charger and hell show me it works, and I told him I am not going to pay for a charger to prove to me his junk works. And he had the same computer he uses in the store he could have plugged in to show me it worked, but he refused. I said just give me my money back and he told me to get the fuck out of his store. So I left. He never at any time told me they were just shells and says that they work and boot up when you pay for it, then he tells you to come back in twenty minuets so it gives him time to remove all the boards after you pay for it.
