I went on your site Iand clicked to download the cost was 12.00 after I put in my information and and tge credit cardit was not adobe. I emailed them and told them that what they downloaded in my pc was the wrong software and I told them to cancel and that I removed the soft-ware that they did download it was a mess.when I recived my credit card billl they charged me 70.80 .I did call them at 800-7843167 they told me that I loged on to there web-site and I told her it was to cancel and that I removed that software that they put in my PC.I did call my credit card and disputed that charge.I also emailed the better busness in Ohio and filed a complaint I do hope they answer my email . I am also cc the better business bureau of Ohio to place a complaint with them also.

I have left so many messages (within the initial 7 days also) and as of this date have received no phone calls. I WANT MY $70.80 BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF. I AM ALSO COPYING THIS E-MAIL TO THE RIPP-OFF WEB PAGE. I contacted you within the 7 days that you indicated was the number of days I HAVE RECEIVED NO a refund. I want the $70.80 refunded immediately to my account. The software sites would not even allow me on the web page indicating dangerous and a probably virus.
