TIME WARNER IS A RIP-OFF! They continued billing me and adding interest to the bill after I called and stopped their internet service, returned their equipment and even moved from where I was living.

Since I will not pay for service I discontinued and did not use, they have turned it over to a collection agency, NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC., who harass me, destroyed my good credit, and keeps adding interest.
