Slavery can best describe Michael Longo at his company Vital Voice and Data. He swindles you out of your fair pay and you ultimately work for free.
He has had 33 employees in the past 3 years of his company. The reason for the high turn around, he won’t pay his employees. Now people who have families to support can’t, while he lives the high life.

These statements regarding Michael Longo and VVD could not be further from the truth. I have witnessed first hand the value Michael sees in his employees, and always been paid my salary on time! It is disappointing that an individual would stoop so low to defame someone’s good name, especially considering the grounds in which he was terminated.

I have to concur with KCR's comment above. I too have witnessed the day-to-day dealings of Michael Longo and the Vital Voice and Data team, from both a business and technical perspective. At no point in time did I feel that I was being "swindled" by Michael or any members of his team but that they were providing the best solutions to help my business grow. I have also contracted out work with technicians at VVD and was very pleased with the result. The technician was on time and completed the job correctly and efficiently. Through these dealings I could see that Michael was very supportive of his team members and no point did I see them as "slaves."

I am an ex-employee of Vital Voice and Data; I have to say that my experience working for Mike was a pleasant one. Trust me I have nothing to gain by saying this because the one complaint I have with Mike is that he did not listen to my warning when the client (SFC) I was contracting for hired another tech on their own and pushed me out of my job by making up a fictional incident instead of just saying how they (the client, not VVD) got a friend to do the job cheaper. I feel that if Mike took what I was telling him a little more seriously I would have not taken the collateral damage. However, Mike always treated me professionally and with respect, he paid me on time, every time without any issue. Overall, I liked Mike and Tim both, they are professional, intelligent, and fair people and regardless of what happened to me in my situation I really don't blame Mike. He was one of my better bosses and whom ever wrote this report was obviously upset and disgruntled but, at the end of the day business is business and this individual certainly took whatever happened personally.
