Windows Solutions Virus fix company, Brooklyn, New York

Technical support rep contacting my work phone number and stated there was a virus on my PC. He stated my PC was sending reports to his company that pointed to a virus on my machine and we was going to walk me through how to fix it. My machine does not have any viruses on it, as I work in the IT department at my company, and realized this is a scam call. Many people have posted about this online, and they NEED to be stopped. This was a BS phone call, but many others could fall for it and provided whatever personal information they are looking for. I hung up before they could obtain any information.

The key piece of linking information is their contact #. It is 347-480-1148. The caller ID also stated 000-000-0000. The people/company making these calls need to be found and punished. They wasted my time and could ruin a lot of people's lives. 
 
These phone calls need to be traced to find the origination and punish/fine these people. They are up to no good
