I ordered an Asus Eee netbook and it arrived and did not work. I called and after some difficulty, received an RMA # to return the item. It went back but tech-support found nothing wrong with it and shipped it back, 4 weeks later. The problem was still there, however, and now the casing of the laptop was broken and had been superglued back together.
I called again and was told that since it was past 30 days, there was nothing they could do. I uploaded a video of the problem occuring to Youtube and offered to send them a hard-copy of it. The employee said, "Even if I saw the problem happening and knew it was happening, I would not do anything because it is past the 30 days."
* They had it for 28 of the 30 days.
* It arrived broken.
* They broke it MORE.
I called several more times and left messages but was never called back. I filed reports with the Better Business Bureau and several online forums for discussing disastrous customer service.
All I wanted was a working netbook and all I got was the worst customer service of my life and a broken product.
Don't buy anything from them unless you can afford to throw your money away.
