This company made us consumers feels like we have been robbed because of their false advertised video game product "NBA 2K10". They released this game Oct 7, 2009 and I was one of the very eager customer to get the game as it was so good in the demo they released and I was happy from what I heard from their advertisements, so there goes my $69.00+tax.  But I quickly noticed that I could not play the online features, I didnt bother right away as the game newly released they might be adjusting the servers. Days and weeks pass by they still have the exact same problem and when I looked up in the 2K sports forums I was surprised that people are so mad that they were asking the same questions. Why online features not working? Why Offline gameplay is trash? and to my surprise the VIP codes which you can obtain by buying the LIMITED GOLD EDITION for $110-$130 is now given away free by the administrator himself through his twitter account (http://2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=249571) my friend was so furious when he read this because he paid extra money as they said this will be only available if you purchase the limited edition and you know what with the VIP pass they promised that you will be able to play with real athletes, celebreties etc etc, and yes the VIP room is always emtpy to add to my friends frustration. If there is someone from any Consumer Rights office or government office who can take a look at this because they already have our money and two months we still have not get the product they advertised weeks before the release. A lot more issues needs to be reported so ill end this report with the forum link and let us hear your side.

Please help the millions of gamers

I went back again to the forum to check for any updates or maybe even a good news coming from 2k sports but what I found is that all console platforms have a lot of problems (xbox 360, ps3, wii and even PC) leaving us wondering if they will fix this because I posted a forum thread asking questions about the problem but what they did is remove my thread and banning me from posting in the forum and not just only me is you could read through the forums a lot of gamers are already mad because they dont answer questions. please please someone help us

Released Oct, now it is December.

this company has stated that they will release a patch (fix) early January next year, But the game was sold October!!! they released a patch early November almost nothing happened. Please, look how cruel is that to market their product and fool us on Oct and from that day on we have been askin for a fix.
