Corporate Advocacy Program

Openly hostile to customer service. Attitude is that customers, and MS, and private Consultants must be at fault. Many more hours spent online. All types of tricks. Call, back to sales. Call back for service. Your new computer must have a problem. After 1 month of HP Harware and MS calls, problem identified as 4 Team.

No effective office supervision.

A company with a poison attitude.

Even others have complained.

So sad. Managenent is concealed from consumers.

Hiding out.
