1. We worked EXTENSIVELY with her and she had the POSeIntegrator for QBPOS installed for months.
2. She paid us to put in support for her CubeCart which we did and it worked then wanted to support Amazon with conflicting item names.
3. The problems she was having is trying to get multi-carts with conflicting name structures. We put in days and days of extra work at no charge to her.
4. We didn't know she was still having problems and she refused to tell us what the problem was. So how could we fix anything? As we told her many times we will fix any defect in our product at no charge.
5. We even helped with problems that were not ours. i.e. her web site providers controller panels, etc.
6. She didn't pay $799 and you can see from the invoice that she included. We had given her a discount.
7. We even settled on a refund with her prior to our knowing about this.report.
