Do not order from this site they act as if they are connected to AVG anti-virus but they are not. After you have made payment it states they will e-mail you the download but nothing ever comes.

I have tried to contact them by e-mail and phone. There is no way to get in touch with them. I contacted Paypal andfiled a dispute.

I also contacted my bank and made stop payment on the transaction.

I also reported them as a fraudcompany with paypal.

Refund

I filed a a dispute with Paypal. Paypal sent a copy of the report to Advance Telecom and they issued a refund. I was notifed by paypal in less than 48 hours. I also filed a fraud report with paypalon the company. Good Luck and i hope this helps others get their refund also. People that work a website for fraud should be jailed.
