Amazon.com Purchase & downloaded game, thier software gave me the win32 heur virus game failed after 2 days Internet

On 25Jan2012 I purchased Governor Poker 2 Premium (digital verion) from Amazon.com.  I had to download Amazons Game and software downloader.  I enjoyed to game for two days and it stopped working. Avg anti-virus flaged me that I had an issue.  Come to find out that what Amazon sold me was the win32 huer virus.  It was found in both the downloader and the game its self.
 
I tryed going back to thier website for a refund and to complain, however, I can not find one link that they allow you to do that.
