Purchased AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner along with Antivirus 2008. It removed some of my files and introduced viruses to my computer.

My computer was totally messed up. I had to call someone to come and fix my computer.They had to remove everything on my computer and completely restore my system. The cost to me was 349.00!

I have continually tried to contact billeinternet for a refund. Message boxes are always full- and there is never a response to my e-mails.

My credit card statement came and guess what! These people are billing for a company in England! So I not only got ripped off for the software and computer repairs; I also got ripped off for the exchange rate!!!

( Today I have some one to answer the phone- (different name of course) but when I wanted a refund I was told that their computers are down: gee---big surprise!) Told them I want all my of my money back plus 349.00.

I have also requested phone nember of scammer in England. Waiting to hear back. Think I will?

OK- my update- had another charge on my credit card from Billsvc.com-
Called and was told that there is no record of my name or credit card number--I lost it! How illogical is that? I am supposed to know the name of the company that they billed for. How am I to know that if I don't know what the charges are? This billing company is billing under different names; IE- Billinternet.com and BillingSVC.com BUT their primary name seens to be :

JETTIS, Inc. PO Box 4395 Deerfield Beach, Fl 33442 (notice? No physical street address!)
Tele: 888-205-2664 Fax: 954-312-4502

I am faxing demand letter for refund of all charges, interest, exchange rate, and the money that I put out for computer repairs.

I think that maybe this matter should be addressed to the Florida State
Attorney's Office. (or FBI?)

I have been filing report like crazy against these people-
I actually am filing using Jettis Inc. in Deerfield Beach, Fl-
They are just a front for all of these billing companies charging your credit card.

I still need to get back about 500.00 for computer repairs. They have credited my card back after a threatening letter was faxed to them, however, there were more damages over and above refund amt.

PLEASE FILE A REPORT WITH FTC AND FLA STATE ATTONERY GENERALS OFFICE!!!! WE CAN GET THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
