Antivirus2009 - Billingware Crashed my computer got me to buy antivirus software and then charged me 3 times the amount Internet

My computer kept crashing every few minutes and saying that it was going to dump information unless i bought the Antivirus 2009 software - it was shown to be recommended by Microsoft. I am not sure how they were able to access my computer originally. Once i bought it, it charged me for 2 other products. I tried to call them and was cut off while trying to leave a message. I sent an email and did not get a response.

This company is fraudulent and should be shut down. Do not buy this product.

A particularly vicious program

Antivirus 2009 is a really nasty piece of malware. Once infected expect your pc to grind to a halt! The only defense against these rogue anti spyware programs is when the initial popup appears DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET IMMEDIATELY! Do not click on anything in the dialog box! Even if you click the X it will install itself. I learned this from bitter experience with winantiviruspro2007. It cost me $200 to have my hard drive cleaned and I lost all of my work files. Sadly law enforcement will take no action against the scum who distribute this scumware!
