I got the company name wrong and he likes to vary his URLs from barnxsoft.net to bartnesoft.net. He doesn't give out stamped CDs and charges for you downloading "backup copies", and offers no publishing service. If you ever see a scam like this, just avoid it, because your money could end up in the hands of another company with a forged transaction, and at worst, your identity could get stolen until you cancel your card.
Here's some things you should notice:
1. The website advertises a download price and talks about the savings. They may even claim to be reselling the software.
2. No CDs are offered, or the CDs which are delivered are burns. This is usually okay if a small-time publisher of software does, but they don't claim to resell their published software.
3. There is no unique license to the software.
4. There is no online activation.
5. Software may not even work in the pirated form.
