Billingsvc.com i kept getting a pop up that said my computer has a virus so i tried to purchase the software and it actually put a virus on my computer at that time. On-line Based Internet

i tried to access the program with the code that was given at the time of payment but it would not allow me to run the program. that should have the first clue.

i called windows suport team and they did a check. they told me to imediately call my bank to try to stop payment, but it was too late.

it was also suggested that i file a police report. one more fact. the amount that was approved at the time of the transaction is different than the amount that was settled. they took out more than they were athorized to which the bank can not explain.
