I purchased "Ultra Win Cleaner Suite" to make sure my new computer worked flawlessly.

Well, it's a good thing Windows XP has System Restore, because every time, I mean every damn time I tried to clean Windows with the product, it erased some required entries in my registry, and not only did it not make it work better, but a lot of things, including my antivirus and firewall, were not loading properly.

I contacted them to let them know I was less than happy, and they suggested I load their recent update to fix the problem. OK fine!

Tried it, didn't work and that's it for me! As opposed to reputable companies like Symantec, Business Logic does not offer any guarantee of satisfaction, and therefore no refunds.

I just want to warn everybody not to buy any of their software.
