No I am not a government agent, or affiliated with any government abc department. I am just like you a hard working day to day grunt trying to make a living. I went thru all the trouble to research this scumbag, because quite frankly I am sick to death of guys like this who sit back making ass loads of money by stealing mine, that I work so damn hard for. Someone has to stand up, and get the ball rolling. I did not want it to me, I just want to live my life, and mind my own business, however, enough is enough, and it's time for this scumbag to pay the piper. Karma is a bitch. It may not get even with you today or tomorrow, but you can bet your ass it is coming!

The following information is provided to protect consumers, and to provide them with a means to recover the funds that they used to purchase cellspypro. sources for this information will be provided at the footer of this in depth report. There is very important information at the end of this report, please read it and do it to help defeat this scam as Ripp Off Report advises the government will not do anything much under $50,000 because they just do not have the resources. But we the consumers, the working man who pays all the bills in this great country can take care of this scumbag.
cellspypro was registered thru, and is hosted by Go daddy hosting services (Go daddy is not responsible for the actions of the customers it serves)
It was registered utilizing the "privacy" option offered by GoDaddy by Mr. John Harkins jr. a resident of Boston Ma. To hide his personal involvement with the cellspypro website.
Here is a list of the other websites this scumbag operates from the dedicated server he operates with Go Daddy: please understand that there are ALOT more websites this guy operates but on different host, and in different countries as well. I have not listed them because as of the date of this report I have not 100% verified the others, but when I do I will post them here as well. He will no longer will hide from me or you.

cellspypro is a website that proclaims to offer for sale a program which will allow anyone to spy on anyone's cellphone, "Any cellphone" as a direct quote.
In this report we will examine Mr. John Harkins jr and cellspypro's claims, and also review Johns "No Refund Policy"
The programs that Mr. Harkins sells on this website are in fact real bluetooth hacking tools (illegal to sell according to the US federal law) even if they do not work anymore due to improvements in the security of the cellphone protocols)

CHAPTER 119—WIRE AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS INTERCEPTION AND INTERCEPTION OF ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
§ 2512. Manufacture, distribution, possession, and advertising of wire, oral, or electronic communication intercepting devices prohibited)
If the complete code were correctly provided as those that have been investigated by the Trifinte Group, however, Mr. Harkins claim that a person can instantly download these programs and within 5 minutes be spying on someones cellphone is a downright misreprentation. The programs that Mr. Harkins sells are very advanced hacker tools, and in order to use such programs one must be highly proficient in the use of such programs. Another issue with one such program he sells by the name of "Call Truth" which claims to allow an individual to "listen in" to live calls, is a manipulated program by Mr. Harkins that is actually a real program that a company by the name of Aglxxx from Deli India developed, and sells. The advanced version of this program is only allowed for sale to verified governmental law enforcement. The true name of the program is "Call Majic" and this program does in fact operate as specified by Aglxxx "if" purchased from Aglxxx, as Aglxxx would have to provide the purchaser with a special registry key code for the program to operate. The Program that Mr. Harkins sells and also supplies a manual for is a very clear violation of international copyright treaties, even if Mr. Harkins jr "edited" version does not work at all, which it does not, and the manual for it that Mr. Harkins jr supplies is the actual manual from Aglxxx, but with all Aglxxx identifiers removed by a photoshop or pdf type editor. I have spoken with the owner of Aglxxx several times and he is aware of Mr. Harkins jr activities.
Mr. Harkins jr. also claims ownership to these programs, and again this is a total falsehood. cellspypro, and Mr. Harkins jr. appear to have downloaded many of these programs from the Trifinite.org website. Which actually are "GNU" or better known as freeware, or free to download, and then while he himself it appears can not even operate the software himself, as he does not offer any tech support whatsoever. Conveniently. It appears that Mr. John Harkins jr. a man with a "varied" past shall we say, and a man of many AKA's was he himself enticed by just the very names and idea of the allure caused by these programs to offer them to emotionally strained individuals who at the moment are "better judgment" challenged due to some tragic happening in their life at the time of purchase. John then adds in a "No Refund" clause on the sales slip, while on the cellspypro website the actual link for the agreement is at the very bottom of the page and in very small print, also another FTC violation. John also knows that due to the nature of the product that it is highly unlikely that any sane individual would pursue him for this fraudulent activity, because of the embarrassment it may cause to the purchaser. Yes, This scumbag has thought of everything. So with this in mind it would appear that Mr. Harkins jr is a classic social predator. Preying on individuals who are emotionally unfit, due to ether adultery, or some other such circumstance to make a proper "unemotional" purchase, and who if were in a more stable state of mind would not fall for the bogus claims of cellspypro, and Mr. John Harkins jr. I would say in my opinion that this man does in fact know exactly what he is doing, and who his target prey is.
Mr. John Harkins jr also owns, or is involved in several other such websites. He is also a licensed Ma. state P.I. although, websites like cellspypro and the others clearly violate the Ma. state general laws title 272 sections 99&99a. Crimes Against Chastity, Morality, Decency, And Good Order. This violation would in fact cause the immediate revocation of this lic. Hence a reason for the "private" registration of cellspypro, and others?
Mr. Harkins also owns Advanced Intelligence Group a Ma. state corporation. He operates the website www.masspi.com and the office located at 60 state street suite 700 Boston Ma. 02109 the office phone number there is 671-266-7500 a 24 hour line, and also 888-588-5899. While it is noted that Mr. Harkins jr does have an online spy gadget store with this website it is interesting that the absence of the cellspypro software for sale there raises more questions that we will not cover here. A check with the BBB of Boston for this company reveals even more shady business practices. This website for his P.I. business located at 60 State Street Boston Ma. Proudly displays the "Accredited Business BBB logo", however , this too is a violation as his accreditation was revoked by the BBB in May of 2009 for Violations of the BBB credible business practices. Yet he still proudly displays this logo against BBB Policy.(report to Boston BBB) Imagine that. Could this be "another ploy" to capture unwary customers looking for real help? There is another phone number associated with him and it is 781-284-6824. There was also another address associated to this man of 382 Ocean Ave, Revere Ma. 02151. There were reported many other names and addresses found to have been used by John Harkins jr. as well as many varied birth dates and use of his birth given SSN, but usually all containing the same numbers but in differing orders.
Concerning the "No Refund Policy"
As was previously noted above this policy is in place to deter individuals from requesting a proper refund after their emotions have stabilized and realizing their mistake, and wish to get their hard earned money back from this individual again this substantiates this mans social predator behavior. The statement that is alluded to about the purchaser agreeing to settle all litigation within the state courts of Delaware is another apparent ploy by this man to thwart any attempt to ether discover the true owner of cellspypro, or deliver any legal service to this man due to the very fact that cellspypro is NOT a Delaware corporation at all, nether is it a registered Delaware company. In fact cellspypro in NOT registered or incorporated in the state of Ma. ether. I would dare say that cellspypro is not "registered" anywhere in the USA. In short by his very mention of Delaware as the jurisdiction of choice invalidates the entire Purchase agreement, along with the clear FTC violation of the "display of disclaimer" policy
The email address that is given info at aig industries is a clear play on the well known AIG as another ploy to throw individuals off the track of this individual. The email address could be used for Advanced Intelligence Group, however, it is not advertised with this business. Interesting, but one does clearly begin to see a predictable pattern with this man.
John Harkins jr has also been apparently linked to many false email addresses, and AKA's that he has employed to "discredit" other online vendors that he may see as a threat to ether his true identity, or shadowy businesses. Mr. Harkins jr apparently prefers to use online free email providers such as gmail, mail.com,yahoo, or any one of the other online free email address providers that can not be traced back to his IP address by any normal individual, however, many of these faux email addresses have in fact been traced back to this man, and also it does appear that he will employ the assistance of others in these attacks as well. I have found over 100 email addresses that this man ether is, or has used in the past to cover his tracks.
It appears that this man and this online presence would indeed qualify for being the poster child for the greatest public enemy. It is in my opinion that this man is in fact a true sociopath, and enemy of the public.
I am underway researching the "other" top 10 scumbags selling very similar products often found in the major search engine searches who are "paying" for advertising which place their fraudulent ads on the first page of search results, and I will be reporting on them as well. I think I have to first buy from them and try them out get rejected for a refund as I know I will before I can rightfully report them here on Rip Off Report. I have very little money as I am currently only doing odd jobs right now.. another economy casualty, as was my marriage. :( so I may have to wait to be able to buy from them, but I promise I will, and I will nail them if they are fraudulent. No I am not looking for hand outs, but thanks anyway. Like my dad told me, "Son, you may not have much in this life, but at least you can get it honest".

No Physical Address that you can verify
No LIVE phone contact information

No Real website Only a single or two page "squeeze page" site.
If directed to a certain state for litigation purposes check with that states secretary of state website for verification that the company even exist.
Cellspypro does in fact exhibit all the signs of a true online scam in progress.

1) call your credit or debit card issuer and demand a charge back against your transaction with this man, and cellspypro. You were scammed, and defrauded according to the law, and the FTC codes concerning online merchants. The 60 day time limit will not apply as this was a fraudulently advertised, and illegal product. Notify the card issuer that you were led to believe that it was a legal product due to the web sites owner being a registered P.I. in the state of Ma.
2) notify the payment processor that accepted the payment for cellspypro, and demand that they remove payment processing for this site as it clearly violates the privacy rights of 3rd party individuals. (PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY POSTING THE STATMENT DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTION FROM YOUR PURCHASE OF CELLSPYPRO HERE AS A ANSWER TO THIS REPORT. I THREW MINE AWAY AND CANCILED THAT CREDIT CARD SO AS TO NOT ALLOW IT TO BE CHARGED AGAIN. 3) Get in contact with the Ma. State police department that regulates Private investigators licensing and file a complaint against Mr. John Harkins jr. for fraud and violating the above quoted laws.
4) Visit the Secretary of State website for Ma. and raise a complaint against this man, and AIG as he has fraudulently used AIG as the company in the legal agreement of cellspypro.
You will get your money back, and you may be entitled to further compensation. I suggest speaking to an attorney, and filing judgment against this man. There is a consumer advocacy group that is not only preparing a criminal case against this man, but also a class action lawsuit as well, and as soon as I am comfortable with their legal model I will post their details here.

cellspypro is advertised on Google by the use of what is called an "adwords" account. With 99.9% certainly is how you found them. when you enter a search term for something you are looking for Google or any other search engine will return the search results to you according to what you were searching for. Generally the first 3-4 listening on the results page are "paid for" google ads, and on the right hand side of the search results page are also more "paid for" merchant ads. When you click on these ads and are taken to the merchant to view their website the merchant is charged a "click fee" or PPC, as it is known as. In short these scammers are paying Google to help them scam you, and Google, well they are in business to make money at any expense. I have written Google and quoted the various state and federal laws concerning these "paid for" ads, and the illegal product that these scammers like cellspypro are advertising, but to no avail has Google stopped them.

open up ether Google, yahoo, msn and enter one of these search keywords in the search bar. the search engine will return the results page and on this page if you see cellspypro advertised in any of the top 3 returns on the center of the page, or in any position on the right side of the page click on those ads, go to the website and hang around for about 3 minutes, and then navigate away to the next search term. you may want to visit other websites as well in between searches for cellspypro. What happens is that the search engine will charge cellspypro for the click, and of course cellspypro will not get the sale so in the end cellspypro's advertising budget is used up and they can no longer advertise in this manner.
For fastest results inform all your friends and family to do the same as described above, and tell them to tell their friends and family to do it as well. This is a way for the consumers to "fight back" and be heard.
