Upon initial contact the company represents they are professional and have experience and capacity to fund Five Million Dollar Social Network Project in Entertainment Industry. It appears Marlo lacks understanding of high Tech world and there are large gaps in his knowledge to structure a deal. He acknowledges the fact he lacks the understanding but has the capacity to fund the project. He wants more detail in trade secrets and solution. He use the Broker’s good name
to represent that he is good standing character and how he is Marine. I should trust him and he will send over NDA and will not compete signed papers.
Ones the information is provided, Marlo was no where to be found. No follow, no reply and no signed papers. Stopped picking up phone calls. I had no choice to get the broker involved. I told them my attention is to share my experience with others over the internet. I got reply that my project is waste of time and the broker who is representing them will be providing the NDA. Broker has no sign agreement they represent them. I told him I will accept the NDA from the broker providing there is a sign agreement between his company and the broker. Upon learning there is no signed representative agreement between them to and it was just being fabricated by Marlo cause this complaint on this site. I hope Marlow return to standards of ethics and professionalism character of MBA. Starting with honoring signed NDA and Compete agreement.
This complaint only raised because defect in ethics and professionalism. It has nothing to do with project being funded or not.

Happy Belated New Years Bal Samra,
I just wanted to take the time to apologize for last year's business encounter.
Based on what my financial partners mentioned to me, I was under the impression that I could fund tech deals.
After clearly understanding their funding capacity on tech deals all last year, I found out that they only fund 1 out 300 tech. deals presented to them. I spent so much time and money trying to help clients out in the tech. industry.
At least from my experience now, tech financing is a tough industry to get financing in and I clearly learned some hard knock lessons looking back now.
With that said, if you still want a signed NDA, I can get that over to you asap.
However, all information you previously sent me has been deleted so I dont have a fresh copy of the NDA.
So, please send me over a fresh copy and I will sign it and return to you asap.
Ultimately, I hope you can accept my apology and we can start fresh. It was clearly my mistake...
Your tech. project is a very good idea and it will be prosperous once you get the right support..Maybe try angel investors but most financing companies wont touch it. Linkedin is a good place to start looking for angel investors.
Once again, my apologies for my lack of understanding on your tech deal. We all live and learn from our mistakes in life... Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more wisely.
