I've been a victim of fraud. I recently downloaded a Antivirus2009 from supposedly microsoft but it is a scam It showed up on the bill under the title of Cure soft shop. 11/30/2008 12/02/2008 Sale CURE-SOFT SHOP(Services and Merchandise) 74599378337065206072356

I found a phone number researching this so called company and came across many many complaints. Here's the number 1-866-999-7851. I've also called it and they are just giving me the runaround. I do not have any virus protection on my computer. Could we please get this reversed? I'm definitely need some help as they are totally ignoring me. The company in out of Russia, which I found out through the internet. Thank you so much
