Digital River I ordered a product only to learn that I would have to download it. I immediately camcelled the order and still was charged. Eden Prairie, Minnesota

I ordered a product only to learn that I would have to download it. I immediately cancelled the order and still was charged for it. I even called on two different days to confirm the cancellation went through as well as the credit card company.Then, when I got my bill a month later there was a charge for a product that was received. They will not return my money.
