bought this soft ware from fero's stashbox and then bought proxy goblin from someone else the craigs list flagging program does nothing even with good proxies,sent emails to owner no answers,so i guess i got ripped off $60 for a peice of software that is junk

We provide demos for all of our software to use before buying a license, because we understand that one size does not fit all.  There is no excuse for saying that the application "does nothing" or "doesn't work"....you have plenty of time (unlimited time, actually) to try our demos before a purchase, and we encourage users to do so.

The "no email answer" is incorrect; we had several tickets from this customer that we responded to in our support ticket center.

We would not be around today if we had "junk" or we were "scammers".  We opened in 2009, and it's 2012...not something that can be done with "junk" or "ripoffs".
