In early Apr/08, I opened a complaint with my online payment company against http://www.epdf2008.com for selling defective software (I had to reinstall the Operating System) to me through them. The case was closed after epdf2008 agreed to reimburse me (minus a restocking fee). But despite all the follow-up communications (more than 50 emails) and reimbursement promises and assurances, I was never reimbursed. As it turns out there are other reports of such behavior by this company (see http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/334/RipOff0334595.htm). I know that I will not see a refund. However, I would like to spare the next unsuspecting shopper from unknowingly supporting such fraudulent enterprises.

Consumers are always Refunded - Why were you not?

I would seriously invite you to provide proof of transaction and the e-mails that were exchange with Interactive Brands.

They actually outsource the Customer Service and actually refund the consumers when the product doesn't work.

If your problem is real, post the e-mail exchange, you will get refunded.

I'll make sure that the refund Confirmation is also posted on this site.
