I thought that "editing PDF" files meant filling in fillable pdf files. Instead it means that you can put a text box in your pdf file. After I purchased, I discovered no phone number to call, called my credit card company and got a phone number, and called customer service. They refused to refund about $10 of my $35 purchase b/c of "handling charges". I am disputing the entire bill with my credit card company.

The customer service person would not allow me to speak with a manager, stuck by his claim that the terms and conditions were clear about the $10 charge, although I don't recall reading that, and would not relent even in the face of my credit card company's refusal to pay.

So for everyone they fool with their false advertising, they make $10! Nice scam.
