I purchased a downloadable program for PDF conversion, I expected to pay $35.85 for a three year license & upgrades. I was billed $65.68 and never received a downloadable program.

In some occasions, the servers to access the download zone could have been down. We did communicate with our customers and expressed our sincere apologies.

Before completing your purchase, Interactive Brands displays a transaction summary and the full amount to be charge. You can also edit this amount and options.

Nevertheless, as Interactive Brands charges it consumers for only what they want and receive, I'm asking you to post your Transaction ID or Confirmation e-mail in order for us to issue a refund.

The refund will also be posted here.
