I used a search engine to find a pdf writer for a business project and came across 8-free.com which promised a software membership to PDF Wizard for $11.95 per year for 3 years. When I authorized my debit card the charge that was supposed to be $35.85 turned into $65.68 and a bunch of software that had not been mentioned before nor did I want was tacked on...most of them were only trial versions...in addition the PDF Wizard did not work. When I tried to access technical support area of the website they promise full techinical support and customer service yet there is no phone number, no email contact, no links to their support areas.

I came across the same response from my bank as Melanie..."nothing we can do, but you can file a report".
