This company sells third party software.

I was looking for a PDF Editor. I found this website. I ordered the PDF Writer/Reader for a $29 a year membership. I was taken to a site where the software is downloaded. I downloaded the software and installed it. It does not edit PDF files. It will move graphics around. It will not do what you want a PDF editor for.

I sent in a ticket telling them that. I told them I wanted my money back. This is the message I received from them.

"Since the products we are offering are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. While we are willing to consider certain circumstances, please note that in order to protect the integrity of our offerings, all refund requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to cancellation fees."

I called there billing number. 888-846-9582 They told me that I would get a refund but that they would charge me $9.95 handling charge.

So, I ordered a product that did not work. They tried to tell me that I could not get a refund. I called their billing office. They said they would give me back part of the money I spent on a product they said would work.

Do not order from these people.

You will not get all of your money back if the product or products do not work.
