I purchased QuickBooks 2007 Premier the program stopped working wouldn't open up at all it would start to open than it gave me an error message QuickBooks has encountered a problem and has to shut down code 13494 -- 81735. I've researched the code on their support site did exactly as told several times still did not work. I called tech support they said they would be more than happy to help me for $79. I already paid $300 for the program you would think if they're going to outsource they could have free chat tech service or charge something a little more reasonable $5-$10 they also have no customer service in America.

You cannot convey your dissatisfaction with the company there is no local numbers to do this you have to call India to tell them that you will no longer buy their product that's just appalling to me and then these corporations wonder why they go out of business they treat their customers like dirt when the customers are ones that put food on their table they seem to forget this

Hi Rick.  I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, am a self-employed bookkeeper and think that QB is great!  If you are having a bad experience, I want to help fix it.  Call me at (((ROR REDACTED))).  I have on-line capabilities and can hopefully solve your problem.  This Rip Off Report site is great and I have used it to report and do research on another company.  As you can see, the reports on QB are very few.  Truthfully, as a QB expert, these reports look pretty much like user issues that I could answer or fix.  Hope I can help you, or anyone else that thinks QB is not on the up and up.
