Jimmy G. Oliver, CEO Of ELECTRONICSPLUSU, Sold Me Pirated Software on eBay. 480 Hwy. 62 East Eddyville, Kentucky

I bought Abode Acrobat 8 Professional on eBay for $203 as a BUY IT NOW transaction using PayPal. After the transaction I could find no records of the seller or the transaction on eBay. eBay cannot explain this because there are no records. But the funds were gone from my PayPay account so it did happen and the trail led to Jimmy G. Oliver at ELECTRONICSPLUSU.

One day later when I did not receive any email correspondance from the seller regarding this transaction, and when he did not respond to my email inquiry, I filed a claim with PalPay who stopped the payment. Jimmy G. Oliver at ELECTRONICSPLUSU now sends me and PayPal a scanned image of a shipping invoice without a tracking number. PayPal releases the payment as the transaction was not guaranteed by PayPal. Bye bye $203.

To my surprize the item arrives by mail but I was not able to install the software. The installation key was reported as invalid by the Adobe installation program. I hired a third party IT technician and asked him to see if he could install the software and he could not. He call Adobe Customer Service and they confirmed the Key was invalid. I sent Jimmy G. Oliver at ELECTRONICSPLUSU another email stating I believe he has sold me pirated software, and asking him to either refund the money or send a replacement with a valid Key or I will be posting my experiences on the Ripoff Report website. Its been 10 days and no response. Time to file my Ripoff Report. Feb 2009.
