ordered online the "free" e-bay lesson, should only have been charged 6.95. I was charged the 6.95 + 389.95 for a complete package that I didnt order. Talked with a rep and sent material back via certified/return receipt requested. Recieved receipt saying that they got material and would take 30 days for refund. after 30 days I call about refund and get 30 buisness days, why not say that up front. call back after 30 bus. days and now I should recieve refund in 48 hrs. call back 3 days later wondering okay whats up. now a rep tells me 3-5 days its been expedited fine, 6 days later and no refund. now I get another package and another 6.95 charge. i am furious call and they don't even want the package back, just keep it for free. okay what about my refund i ask the rep, she is e-mailing a supervisor who will contact me within 24 hrs. 48 hrs later this supervisor has expedited my refund request again and it will be 3-5 bus days 7 bus days later the rep tells me oh that was a mistake should have been 10-15 bus days and that she was e-mailing a supervisor who is supposed to call me within 24 hrs, that was today, 2 months later and 3 charges totaling $403.85 a $12 return fee and havent seen a phone bill yet for the countless calls
