Magicjack Destroyed my computer through acknolwedged and known to them, software conflicts. West Palm Beach Florida

Magicjack internet phone service upgraded their system two weeks ago and connection problems were first experienced then. After several attemps thru thier chat room agents the service finally started working, but only intermittently. Upon several more livechats and many upgrade downloads my computer experianced a fatal system error and needed to restart. Upon restart found that magicjcak cound no longer recognize it's own software and my "E" drive (DVD burner) is gone. It's till gone. Upon many more tech support livechat sessions their supervisor Alicia informed me to unistall any programs in my computer associated with Musicmatch, Musicmatch Julebox, Nero, Yahoo Jukebox, or Roxio. Uninstall did nothing to fix my computer or fix any problems.

Upon their further direction I tried many many times to reinstall their software upgrade, but a necessary setup file could not be downloaded in a folder called ug00000.
Other instructions to change the magicJAck drive letter, refortting, restarting, and son did nothing to fix anything.

Today I asked for and received instructions as to how to uninstall magicjack but it is embedded in the computer and cannot be fully uninstalled.
The "E" drive is, apparently, gone for good.
