If you, too, have been billed $39.90 for "free" software, please call this company and let them know: 214-233-3939.

They will inform you that somewhere in the fine print that some of it was free, but other portions were not.

The analogy would be you are awarded a free box of eggs. 11 of them are free, but the twelth was worth $100. Do you have the time to complain, or do you just ignore it and pay the $100?

This kind of thinking should be nipped in the bud, before these people get rich and their children think that this is the way business is done.

Call and complain. I am grateful to ripoffreport.com and I think I will take this to the Federal Trade Commission.
