I purchsed software on line for 19.89 from MaxMySpeed.com powered by CyberDefender. The advertisement said to call 800-521-4374 to activate the software. When I called the mumber, a recording comes on that says calls from Guam (where I live), can not be reached.

I emailed the company requesting a refund ( which they guarantee if not satisfied) but to date they have not replied.
