I agree with the first complaint. I was a sucker because I refused to believe this software sucked this bad. . . It does. My CPA's first remark was please tell me you are not using OMS for accounting. The local industry has used them and maybe at one point in time it was the best thing as apposed to using a shoe box for paperwork and invoicing but that was then and now there are far better alternatives. 

If price is an issue using a generic ERP or CRM will save you many headaches. I had to re-enter everything into quickbooks to end my first year. Until we can afford to buy a better solution I will not spend a dime on their service contracts. BTW check out their web site, there is no support their annual meetings are a fraud and it seems like this company is just trying to milk every last drop before they finally disappear. 

Ohh and I paid $4000 for their windows program. If you will buy it offer max $500 so you wont feel bad later. I wish I could give you my copy but I threw the CD out along with it's half fast guide.
