PC TOOLS PC Tools Internet Fraud! Unlawful Access to My Credit Card Internet

I haven't used PC Tools for over five years. I never signed a renewal offer. Yesterday, got e-mail congratulating me on my decision to renew PC Tools Registry Mechanic which I never liked. They stated that $29 and some cents were automatically deducted from my account.

Since the last time I purchased and used PC Tools for one year only (over five years ago), I cancelled that credit card and obtained a totally new one with new security code on the back and new serial numbers and expiration date that should have made it impossible for DRI*Elements to use, as they could not use my original from five years ago.

I immediately contacted PC Tools and explained the situation. E-mail was quick in response stating that on my next billing cycle, I would be refunded.

But will I? Why do I have to wait 1 month? Why issn't that company charged with felonies? If we did it, we would be seeing four walls for many many years. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent, fined and forced to pay back what they took, plus pain and suffering. My bank account was not ready for that deduction, especiaslly right after the holidays.

I would think this is a Federal matter as they are committing fraud over the state line to other states, not to mention their illegal method of securing credit card information.

I think a mass law suit against them would be justifiable! People like that have no right in our society which has enough nproblems allready.

If any of you is interseted in persuing this lawsuit, lets contact one another and appear in a mass. The more, the better. Put an end to these unscrupolous b***ards.
